Short-term rental starts with a clear operating period
Discuss one-, three- or six-month workplace rental requirements, including extensions, equipment returns and service costs. Periods and terms are agreed for each project.
One month: define both dates
For temporary workplaces, state installation and end dates as well as the rooms to cover. Check delivery, setup and collection charges instead of comparing the monthly rate alone.
Three months: allow for a changing project
Relocation and fit-out dates may change. Ask how extensions, early termination and equipment changes would be handled. These are terms to agree, not automatic entitlements.
Six months: compare ownership too
Compare purchase and rental with identical quantities, service scope and duration. Whether three months of rental offers value also depends on what happens afterwards.
Before equipment is returned
Confirm handover, condition checks, deposit settlement and outstanding maintenance. Monthly rental does not imply unconditional cancellation. Dates, charges and responsibilities require agreement.
Business questions
Can we request just one month?
Yes, submit that requirement for review. The actual period, equipment and delivery arrangements need confirmation; no universal minimum term is promised.
Are filters and maintenance included?
Check filters, maintenance, delivery, installation and collection separately in the quotation.
Turn a workplace brief into a comparable proposal
Share city, area, zones and expected duration. A consultant can review equipment, service scope and a business quotation. A mobile number is the only required contact field.
