When rental is worth comparing
A relocation, temporary project office or uncertain long-term equipment requirement can justify a rental discussion. Compare purchase too when equipment will remain in regular use and be managed as a company asset.
Short or long term
Provide expected start and end dates, then confirm extensions, early termination and changes in equipment quantity. One, three and six months are enquiry examples, not guaranteed packages.
Four steps to an agreed scope
Share city, area, zones and air concerns; review equipment and placement; agree the period, deposit, delivery, filters and maintenance in writing; arrange delivery and ongoing support against that scope.
Shanghai service and post-fit-out use
On-site discussions can be arranged in Shanghai by appointment; other locations receive remote-first support. For a recent fit-out, provide renovation dates, available reports and operating hours. Renting equipment does not establish pollutant levels or occupancy suitability.

What is the monthly rental price?
There is no universal monthly rate. Compare quotes using the same equipment quantities, period and service inclusions, including deposit, filters and delivery.
Can we rent Honeywell units?
The rental catalogue includes Honeywell KJ models. Confirm the model and project arrangement; the HW models currently shown are purchase-only.
How should we compare rental and purchase?
Use the same model, quantity, duration and maintenance scope, then account for ownership, continued use and return arrangements.
